Projects help you organize and manage your outreach efforts effectively (when Jobs & deals help you on the next steps, i.e. organize and manage your hiring process for talents in Jobs, and business process for leads in deals).

By creating projects, you can

Once talents or prospects are interested, you can then move them to a Job (for Talents) or create a Deal (for Sales Contacts) for next steps.

2. Choose if it’s a Talent or Sales Project

The main difference between both is that when contacting people in a Sales Project, it’ll automatically add them to their company’s main Sales Contact when reached out to, as well as changing the status of the company from “No Status” to the “Prospect” Status, as at least one person in the company was reached out to in a Sales context (vs recruiting one).

3. For Talent Projects - Add Auto-Assign Roles

The “Auto-assign Roles” feature allows you to streamline the process of categorizing talents by automatically assigning predefined roles to any talent added to the project. Once set, every new talent added to this job will automatically receive these roles, eliminating the need for manual role assignment. This way, when you’ll need it, you can find these talents super easily by filtering on these roles.
