Projects help you organize and manage your outreach efforts effectively. By creating projects, you can compile a list of talents you wish to contact (from LinkedIn, thanks to the Chrome Extension), and automatically have them organized into different statuses (such as Not Contacted, In Progress, Replied, No Reply etc.), and gain valuable insights through advanced analytics. This ensures that your outreach process is streamlined and efficient.

Create a Project


1. Visit the the Project tab

2. Click on create a project

3. Give it a name

Good practice is to name them with precise naming conventions, so that you and your team can collaborate easily.

4. Synchronize with an ATS’s job

So that next time you will click on “Push to ATS”, the talent will be directly added to the right ATS’s Job

5. Select the primary sequence

No worries, you will be able to use several sequences in a project, however as this will be the pre-filled option, it helps go faster when contacting candidates (more about this here).
