This page will guide you through your very first steps—from creating an automated outreach sequence to adding your first talent and setting up talent roles. Follow along, and you’ll be off to a strong start with sourcing, engaging, and managing your talent in Crew.

  → Install the CE and sign in with the same Google Account

Connect your Gmail

→ Visit your Settings > Outreach section, and hit the Connect button in the Gmail section

• And make sure to give access to emails sent and received

  

• Check the Send On Behalf (SOB) option if you’d like to allow other team members to send emails on your behalf

Build your first sequence to automate your outreach

Click on “Create Sequence” or duplicate an existing one

• For each sequence, you can add different steps (by clicking on each)
  • Email steps - Will be sent automatically
  • LinkedIn Invites steps - Will generate tasks
  • LinkedIn Messages (DMs) steps - Will generate tasks
  • InMail steps - Will generate tasks too
