Replies from candidates via InMail and their content will be automatically synced in Crew if you are on LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite. This is accomplished by our email integration detecting the notification email that you receive from LinkedIn when someone replies and looking at the InMail’s subject line, as well as the LinkedIn handle of the candidate.

If no match is found, you can still manually log the reply in Crew by clicking on the “Sync with Crew” button too.

If you use LinkedIn Premium, you will need to manually log when receive an InMail in Crew.

Note: Crew only syncs the first reply, in order to stop the sequence. It doesn’t sync the following InMails, if you want them to be synced in Crew you need to do it manually by clicking on “Sync with Crew” button

Requirements

For fully automatic InMail Replies Sync :

• Your team is on Gmail

• You have synced your Gmail account with Crew (In settings) and given Crew permission to read your inbox.

• You need to have the same Gmail address connected to Crew and LinkedIn Recruiter (so that the email notifications sent by LinkedIn can be read by Crew).

• In your LinkedIn Recruiter account, your email notification for InMails is set to "On"

  

• You have added the Crew extension for Google Chrome

• You have a LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite subscription

• The candidate you are contacting has been added to Crew

• The InMail step in the sequence has been marked completed
