Here are the very first step for to start using CrewCRM.

1. Create your account

To be able to access Crew, you need to be invited by one of you team members. They can invite you in Settings > Members and Roles

1. If the invitation has already been sent :

   → Simply follow the email link you have received, or log in at app.crewcrm.work

2. If the invitation hasn’t been sent :

   → Ask your team to invite you now

3. Download & Install the Chrome Extension

• Visit : https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/crew-crm-outbound-recruit/dimfhhnadapnnbcgkdmbcdafndjblcfa

→ Install the CE and sign in with the same Google Account

And don’t forget to pin the extension

📌 Pin the extension

1. Connect your Gmail

→ Visit your Settings, then the Outreach section, and hit the Connect button in the Gmail section

• Make sure to give access to emails sent and received

• Check the Send On Behalf (SOB) option if you’d like to allow other team members to send emails on your behalf
