Below is a breakdown of each part of the Metrics & Analytics and how they work

1. Projects Created

Shows the total number of projects created by your team within the selected period. This gives you a quick view of the new recruitment initiatives started.

2. Tasks Completed

Displays the number of LinkedIn tasks your team has completed within the selected timeframe. Tasks executed as part of multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn), helping you gauge your team’s activity level.

3. Talents Added to Projects

Indicates the total number of talents added to your projects during the chosen period. This metric helps you understand how actively you are sourcing new talents.

4. Talents Contacted

Shows the number of talents contacted within the selected period. This gives an overview of outreach efforts and engagement levels. The % is equal to the number of contacted talents / added talents
