In Crew, you can use Comments and Notes to capture important information about your candidates and share updates with your team. Both features are designed to enhance collaboration, provide a detailed view of the candidate profile, and allow you to keep track of key information. Here’s how each feature works:
The Comments section, found under the Discussion tab, is ideal for quick updates, for you or your team, and tagging specific team members.
Use @mentions to tag a team member in the comment, and they’ll receive an email notification to review it.
Acknowledgements with Emojis: Team members can react to comments with emojis to acknowledge they’ve seen it or agree with the message, or celebrate. The person who posted the comment will receive an email notification for any reactions on their comment.
Editing and Deleting: You can edit or delete any comments that you have posted. This keeps the comment thread up-to-date and relevant.
Access from Chrome Extension: Comments are available on both the Crew platform and the Chrome Extension, allowing you to add, view, and edit comments directly on LinkedIn without switching platforms.
The Notes section, accessible under the Notes tab, is designed for more detailed and structured information, such as call summaries, interview insights, or other important details.
Structured Information: Unlike quick comments, Notes are ideal for capturing detailed information about a candidate. With enhanced formatting options, Notes can be organized in a more structured way, making it easier to refer back to important points
Privacy Levels: Notes in Crew come with three privacy settings to control visibility:
Chrome Extension Access: Just like Comments, Notes can be added, viewed, and edited from the Chrome Extension, allowing you to capture and update detailed information without leaving LinkedIn.
