Crew now leverages AI to automatically create detailed notes from your recorded Google Meet interviews, saving you time and effort.

Here’s how it works:

1. Record your Google Meet Call

• During your call, ensure you activate the recording feature in Google Meet (more details here).
• The recorded meeting will automatically be saved to your Google Drive.

2. Upload your Recording to Crew

• After receiving Google’s notification email that your video is ready, open the talent’s profile in Crew.

• Navigate to the Notes tab.

• Click “Upload from Google Drive” and select the recorded interview.

  

3. Let Crew Generate the Note

• Within a few minutes, Crew’s AI will generate a comprehensive note on the candidate’s profile.

Note: Currently, Crew uses the default template titled “🧑‍💻 Talent Screening Call” to structure these notes. In the coming weeks, you’ll be able to select and use your own custom templates, making notes even more tailored to your needs.
