The AI NoteTaker automatically joins your calls, records them (video), transcribes the conversation, and generates structured summaries based on your chosen templates. Saving you up to ⏱️ 20 minutes per call !!

1. Connect Your Calendar

• Navigate to Settings > Email and Calendar.
• If you were already connected to Gmail, please disconnect and reconnect your Google Workspace integration to sync your calendar events (previously, only Gmail was synchronized).

2. Select Your Default Note Template

• Go to Settings > Notetaker.
• Choose your preferred default template (which are based on your notes templates basically).

The default template automatically determines the structure and format of the summary notes generated by AI after each call.

Note: As the IA uses your note templates to generate summaries, make sure to provide as much context as possible. This helps the AI clearly understand your requirements for each section of the note. For example, if your template includes a "Motivation" section, you could specify details like: "Career goals, reasons for leaving current job, and key factors that would motivate the candidate to join a new company."

3. Ensuring the Bot Joins Automatically

• For the bot to automatically join your scheduled call, ensure that 1/ the talent is added in Crew, with the right email address (the same adresse as the one that will be used in the calendar event), and that 2/ this step is done before the creation of the calendar event.
